At myShop, we want you to love your beauty routine; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused or gently used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
